RB Bellagio, known on the farm as simply “RB” is a 1987 14.2 hand gray Egyptian related stallion. He is Al Khamsa and Blue List Eligible, inspected and approved as a Sporthorse stallion with A.R.A.B.S. (The American Registry of Arabian Bred Sporthorses) RB underwent an inspection process similar to those used in Europe, where the stallion is judged on conformation, movement and temperament. His scorecard was very balanced, with an overall score of 73.03% earning him his approval by a recognized Warmblood Judge. He has a very masculine, balanced, correct conformation and beautiful movement, as well as the classic “in your tent” type of temperament that has always been so highly prized by the Bedouin people. He consistently passes on that temperament, with his foals being easy to train and very people oriented as well as athletic and versatile.

He has been shown successfully in Open shows against other horses of many different breeds. He has competed in events ranging from Open English Pleasure, winning a Grand Championship in 1999 with The Mid Atlantic Arabian Horse Association, to Combined Driving and Pleasure Driving, earning a Reserve Championship in 1999 with MAAHA to Team Penning, with many other disciplines in between. He is ridden frequently in mixed company using only a snaffle bit. He has followed the hoofprints of his ancestors into battle, doing Revolutionary War and Civil War reenactments. He has proudly carried General George Washington for the Battle of Brandywine as well as Memorial Day Parades for the last several years.

His temperament has been proven to be passed on to his foals, giving us foals that are intelligent, extremely easy to train, and very people oriented.
